Homemade cream puffs will wow your guests, especially when they are so easy to make.

Cream Puffs


200g Water

4nos Eggs

100gm Butter

130gm Flour

1tsp Vanilla Essence

1/2tsp Salt


a) Boil the water, butter and salt. Add in flour and mix well.

b) Put the cooked mixture into a mixing bowl, add in vanilla essence and then beat in the eggs.

  Tips: Eggs to be added into the mixture bit by bit while stirring the mixture.

c) Pour the batter into a piping bag and pipe it .

d) Bake at 200 Degree Celsius for 25-30mins
